Invest in Alentejo flies to the Netherlands for a knowledge exchange experience on energy transition
As part of the Invest in Alentejo initiative, last October 19, an entourage from aicep Global Parques visited the Chemelot Industrial Park, in the Netherlands.
The entourage, made up by Vice President and Administrator of aicep Global Parks, Isabel Caldeira Cardoso and Miguel Gama, and the respective technical and business team, had the opportunity to meet with the management team of this Industrial Park, in a per Best practice sharing show, learning – how to overcome obstacles and how to implement the new contexts of energy transition. A visit to the park and its relevant infrastructures was also carried out.
This is a park that bets on the circular economy and sustainability and belongs to a cluster that accounts for 40% of the European chemical industry.
This visit marks the beginning of a collaboration between the management of AICEP Global Parks and Chemelot in order to share best practices.
