Sines Tech promoted at the largest telecoms networking conference in Europe
For the second consecutive year, the Invest In Alentejo initiative is present at Capacity Europe in London, in partnership with aicep Global Parques .
This is Europe’s largest telecoms networking conference, and aicep Global Parques’ participation is absolutely strategic as it aims to further promote Sines Tech – Innovation and Data Centre Hub located at ZILS – Industrial and Logistics Zone de Sines, as a destination of excellence for investment acquisition in the Digital area.
During this event, two investment announcements have already been made for Alentejo, namely for the Sines area:
– EXA Infrastructure announced at Capacity Europe 2022 that it will invest in a new terrestrial fiber optic route to Lisbon and Sines;
– The “Olysipus”, a new submarine telecommunications cable system between the Sines Tech – Innovation & Data Center Hub and the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, announced for 2024 by EllaLink at Capacity Europe.
