In recent years, there has been an increase in business volume in the culture and tourism sector. 2022 is already considered a remarkable touristic year by the President of Turismo do Alentejo e Ribatejo, with the number of overnight stays in the region reaching values similar to 2019, the best year of all time for the industry.
