Invest in Alentejo’s Ports & Logistics sector promoted at Japan Energy Summit 2022
Invest in Alentejo’s Ports and Logistics axis, led by aicep Global Parques, will be at the Japan Energy Summit 2022, in Tokyo, between August 2-4, partnering with ADRAL – Agência de Desenvolvimento Regional do Alentejo.
Japan Energy Summit is a global energy summit focused on the transoceanic trade of natural gas and renewable gasses (NH3-ammonia and H2-Hydrogen), especially relevant to the Sines Port, Logistics and Industrial Complex, the home for energy transition in Portugal. This summit has a program in line with the realization of green transition, one of the goals highlighted in Port of Sines’ strategic plan.
Filipe Costa, CEO of aicep Global Parks is speaking at the panel “The European Model: Hydrogen Front and Centre for Energy Transition”, which will address topics related to pilot hydrogen projects in Europe such as regulatory frameworks in the field of energy, as well as the policies of encouragement from different countries. The roundtable will discuss energy transition strategies in Europe and goals for the transition by 2050. Japan and Europe’s technology leadership and key factors to develop collaborative strategies to achieve zero emissions goals will also be discussed.
